For the last 21 years, Riordan Programs Alumni Association (RPAA) has successfully brought the largest MBA event to the West Coast. DMAC, Diversity MBA Admissions Conference, is an annual event in Los Angeles that connects talented diverse, underrepresented, and underserved candidates who wish to pursue an MBA.

The conference allows attendees to interact directly with MBA Admissions Officers from the country’s top business schools and learn about the MBA Admissions process as well as the relative strengths of the attending business school’s curriculum and student culture. Other sponsors also participate to help guide prospective students by providing many additional resources to become competitive applicants.
